Customer service was great but in seeing a picture of the arrangement I purchased, I was not impressed. Update: I have to apologize and change my rating. In speaking to the recipient, she says the arrangement looks better in person. She is pleased. Thanks to the owner for offering to replace but the recipient says there's no need.

Henry was amazing to work with! I ordered 13 flower arrangements with little notice. The flowers were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Delivered on time. Henry was very quick to respond and made the process smooth and easy. Thank you for being so friendly and professional!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter yesterday, for her birthday. Henry emailed me and explained he couldn’t make it in from home due to the snow and ice they received over the weekend. Understandable; safety is obviously a priority. He made it to work today, and delivered a beautiful bouquet to her. She texted me a photo and said they are gorgeous and smell amazing. Henry, thank you for everything. A very grateful mom.

I highly recommend University Florist! I called to request a birthday bouquet for my daughter and asked if it was possible to arrive the same day. The mixed fresh flowers and succulent arrangement was absolutely beautiful and arrived within hours. Thank you David for your beautiful designs and wonderful customer service!

UPDATE: I had to come back and edit this review. Unfortunately since they’ve moved the arrangements have doubled in price and just aren’t as nice as they were. It was good while it lasted. PREVIOUS: Incredible customer service and very talented! I needed a last minute bouquet with a very vague idea of what I wanted and he created a beautiful assortment in less than 10 minutes!!!
